Position Name: Event Coordinator |
| |
Get ready to have some fun!!!! Our event coordinators are responsible for finding venues to host
our events, working with venue general managers, creating and getting agreements signed, setting
up event details, posting events to our website, contacting event attendees, managing the event
from start to finish, helping promote the event through various websites and local avenues, interacting
with guests, plus other responsibilities. People looking to be considered for this position MUST
be extremely outgoing, fun, responsible, like to go out, and it helps if you know alot of
people. Like we said above, this is a VERY fun and exciting position. We are looking for GREAT PEOPLE
to fill these spots in any city across the US - even if you do not see it listed on our website.

Position Name: Event Intern |

In this position, you will be responsible for finding (via the internet) & posting events in different
cities around the United States. You will also be in charge of contacting event coordinators, business owners,
potential sponsors & advertisers, drawing up documents (MS Word), and being out in the social scene. This person
must live in the Philadelphia area, have a computer with a high-speed internet connection, have exceptional
people skills, be confident in phone conversations, be an advid internet search engine user, and like to be
out meeting new people. This is a home-based position. No travel is required at this time.
